1. Order Fulfillment & Warehousing
To guarantee the fastest possible delivery across the United States, we utilize a premium, multi-tiered logistics network:

Primary Fulfillment: All standard orders are primarily processed and dispatched directly through Amazon Fulfillment Centers using Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Your packages are handled with standard Amazon routing efficiency.

Backup Fulfillment: In the event of temporary inventory shortages or stockouts at Amazon Fulfillment Centers, your order will be automatically routed to and dispatched from our secondary local U.S. overseas warehouses. This ensures your delivery timeline remains uninterrupted.
2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or localized public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected logistical delays, shipment processing times may be slightly extended. In such rare scenarios, we will contact you immediately via email to provide an updated schedule.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are based on standard domestic shipping parameters:

Standard Shipping Method: Amazon Standard Routing / Domestic Ground.

Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 3 to 7 business days following order processing, depending on your delivery address within the continental United States.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, localized carrier disruptions, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons may occasionally impact delivery dates.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to monitor your shipment's real-time progress.
5. Geographic Shipping Limitations

Currently, we only fulfill and ship orders to addresses within the continental United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

Reporting Issues: If your order arrives with clear transit damage, or if the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact our support team at support@smokehunter.com within 48 hours.

Claims Resolution: Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. To expedite a free full-system replacement or claim evaluation, please provide clear photographs of the damaged shipping box and the product label.
