1. Initial Activation & Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
We stand firmly behind the structural craftsmanship of our devices. We provide a comprehensive, hassle-free resolution for any manufacturing defects discovered upon arrival:

Eligible Condition: If you discover a significant structural defect—specifically, if you notice output or particles leaking directly from the bottom exhaust vent of the device during your very first use—please discontinue use immediately.

Resolution Policy: Base leakage during the initial activation session is classified as a manufacturing or transit defect. Upon verification by our customer support team, you are entitled to an immediate refund or a free replacement.

Our Commitment: To guarantee your standard user experience, we will ship a brand-new, complete product package to you free of charge, rather than sending loose replacement parts.
2. Standard 30-Day Return Window for Unused Items
If you change your mind or wish to return your product for other personal reasons, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following strict conditions:

Product Condition: To be eligible for a standard return and a full refund, the item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must remain in its original, unaltered packaging.

Exclusion for Used Filters: Due to sanitary reasons and the specific nature of filtration materials, any device that has been used, session-activated, or has exposed internal elements cannot be accepted for a standard "change-of-mind" return.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item under a standard 30-day change-of-mind window. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. ⚠️ Non-Refundable Damages & User Negligence Exclusions
CRITICAL RESTRICTION: Refunds, returns, or warranty replacements will be completely DENIED if product failure is caused by user neglect, improper maintenance, or violation of structural guidelines.
Our internal filter cartridges and core compounds are strictly non-washable. While designated external covers and pre-conditioning sponges can be rinsed safely, exposing the primary filter core to liquid or submersion causes permanent, irreversible structural damage to the filtration materials.
We will absolutely NOT issue refunds or free replacements for:

Filters that have been washed, rinsed, or water-damaged by the user.

Devices showing signs of clogging, restriction, or performance drops resulting from a failure to follow prescribed manual drying routines (air-drying after intensive sessions).

Products subjected to unauthorized structural modifications or physical abuse.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive your returned item at our fulfillment center, our team will inspect it to ensure it complies with our return conditions:

Approval Notice: We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the inspection results.

Payment Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
5. Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
If your package arrives with missing components (such as the complimentary backup sponges included in your original purchase) or shows obvious external transit damage, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the outer shipping label, the packaging, and the items received so we can process an expedited resolution for you.
