I've been using a "sploof" for over 20 years. Mostly used homemade ones in the past which work to reduce smoke, odor and discoloration of walls and furniture. This device, however, works like magic with very little resistance added to your exhale.If I were in a situation where no smoking was allowed such as a hotel or airbnb this device would 100% work to keep me free of detection provided I used it properly.If you can afford the cost of the refills I 100% endorse this product. Great for toking indoors! I was skeptical about how this thing would smell after ripping a few bowls through it. Firstly, it takes 99% of the smell immediately. The "Exhaust" end has a horrid smell mid-hit, but it is only noticeable if your nose is literally next to it, looking for the smell.One thing to note is that the oil filter tends to get clocked somewhat quickly. It comes with two replacements, but I imagine I'll go through those fairly quickly as well. They get clogged with resin to the point that it almost doesn't let air pass through.Overall very happy. Does what it's supposed to!

So this is actually really good and absorbs the smoke and smell very well! I thought there was a definite leader in this industry, but the people who made this could sure give them a run for their money and the filter on this product is even replaceable whereas the filter on the other product is not replaceable. When it quits working and absorbing the smoke and smell it has to be thrown away and a new one must be purchased, however this one comes with some replacement filters already that you will have on hand to be able to change it right away without having to just throw the whole thing away and start all over so that is a definite plus over the competitor for sure! I also like how this one has a little lanyard thing on it to be able to ha e something to easily grasp at and hold it with. For the value of money this is a great deal! It is also very easy to use! No instructions required for usage just for replacing the filter.

I have discovered that I like this Smoke Hunter more than a Smoke Buddy! The interchangeable parts make it all worthwhile and much more cost effective, especially for someone who uses a product like this daily. I find that its performance is comparable to a Smoke Buddy (or other similar products) if not better! I’ve already recommended the Smoke Hunter to friends of mine who have used similar products in the past. A++!

Love the SmokeHunter3.0 it eliminates the smoke with ease and I’m able to clean it. So it’s perfectly made, gets the job done eliminating smoke and odors… very happy with the product….

We switched to these after using Smoke Buddys, we like these a lot better. They last long, have a good mouth piece and keep the smoke away from our animals.

I love it I told my friends about it and they're going to order one too. Also like that it came with filters to keep it clean and use it longer. I bought smoke buddy before but this is far better

I just decided to try this one after using the Smoke Buddy and this thing is wayyyyyy better. The mouth piece feels more natural to blow into and I love that there are replaceable filters.

I've been a filter cheapskate for far too long, but I finally ponied up for a Smoke Hunter and it's a total revelation! As someone who smokes like a chimney, I put it through the wringer and it came out on top. It's like the filter version of a sports car - it's fast, it's sleek, and it's perfect for hitting the open road (or just sitting on your coffee table).

Looks discreet like a speaker from one end and like a bottle from the other. Hides smells super well too. Also very nice that the core is swappable!

First order got lost and Smoke Hunter was quick to refund me so I could reorder if I wanted. Replacements came fast and work perfect. Each filter comes with 2 additional carbon prefilter (Top End Filter) replacements.I have gone through one replacement and bought extras so I could rotate them out and get more life by drying them, out. Great product and works WAY better than the Smoke Buddies.I love these things for around the house when it is too cold or if it is raining outside. Also great way to keep the air fresh in the house.

I've been using the v2 for over a year, having changed from the V1 model. This version's replaceable filter cartridge is great. They recently changed pre-filters from a carbon impregnated sponge to a two-piece plastic holder and a fine mesh screen. It works better, IMHO.I see no smoke out of smoke hunter until it's nearing cartridge replacement time. You'll know when it's time to replace the filter cartridge because the backpressure makes it hard to exhale - but make sure the pre-filter isn't glazed over with resin before you change change a filter cartridge! Using a v2 with a glazed-over pre-filter mesh feels the same as a filter cartridge that needs replacing.You'll need to regularly clean the pre-filters. All that takes is enough isopropyl alcohol to cover it and a few hours of soaking (see image). Dry the mesh's plastic holder and then pat the mesh dry on a paper towel, re-assemble and you're all set.The replacement filter pack has three filters and an extra mesh. Save the plastic holders and meshes. I get a day or so from the meshes before I need to swap it out with a clean one. The filters tend to last for ~1.5 ounces or three weeks.Remember to disassemble the filter when you're done for the day so it can dry out, too.Replacement filter packs have three cartridges and one extra mesh. Each cartridge has it's own pre-filter assembly. Again, save the pre-filters so you can swap them as needed and keep partying.Slava Ukraini!Слава Україні!

They are well made sturdy materials fast delivery.Well, I just wrote a nice super long review or response to the question but somehow I got deleted. I was just saying I’ve tried to smoke trap and the smoke buddies and this one kicks both of their asses by a longshot so if it last really 1000 puffs then this is the only one I’ll be using from here on out.
